campus located in East Allen Township at the intersection of Routes
512 and 22. The site consists of 130 acres and is zoned
PC & LI/BP - Planned Commercial and Light Industrial/Business
Park.
The Park has varying
lot sizes for the development of multiple buildings or can facilitate
one large building, up to 1,200,000 square feet, based upon an

The Park has rail service
available through the Norfolk Southern line.
