A Kawneer aluminum entrance system shall be installed at the main entrance.

The site's paved areas will be heavy duty pavement with the exception of parking areas for passenger cars.

There is parking for 117 cars in addition to 115 parking spaces for trailer storage.

The site will be landscaped with shrubs, trees and grass ground cover. All landscaped areas are equipped with an irrigation system.
